A wedding should be a day you will remember for the rest of your life. That's why we take wedding bookings so seriously.

 

The information on this page is an insight into how a wedding reception works from our professional view-point. This is intended as a guide only because we are very flexible and try to accommodate your needs for your day, not the other way round.
 

You are involved in every step, and at every stage of the event planning - if you want to be of course.

If you want the perfect evening's entertainment, and you know what would be the perfect evening's entertainment, you can let us know and we'll mould an entertainment programme especially for you. If on the other hand, you want one less thing to worry about, you can leave it to our experienced DJ to plan the event and adjust to the crowd using skills picked up after years in the trade. 

 

However you want your event planned, we'll do our best to match your requirements to the full. If you have any special requests, or even a selection in the form of a play-list, we will make every effort to include them during the evening's proceedings. If you do wish to put together a play-list, we do prefer it not to take up the entire evening, that way we can also play some music requested from the dance-floor.

An example of how the evening might progress is below:

 

-5:30pm

We arrive before the guests and set up. We'll be out of the way then when you're making speeches and dining.

-7:30pm

When the formalities are out of the way, we can provide some backing music whilst everyone socialises with people they haven't seen for years!

-8:30pm

We're ready for the disco proper! The bride and groom (to the tune of their choice) have that oh so special first dance. Then, everyone else can hit the dance floor and we'll provide a great evening of fun - suited to the crowd of course.

-11:30pm

We wind down the evening and round off a fantastic day for all, that you'll remember for the rest of your lives.

A wedding reception will cost you more than a normal booking, because of all the extra effort and
safe-guards that add up to extra cost at our end, these factors include:
 

 

- We take time to allow for extra consultations so that we can iron-out any potential problems.

- We take more time assembling play-lists to suit the tastes of the party.

- We make extra effort to fit in personal requests into the play-list.

- We cover all bases with extra back-up equipment for weddings.

- Wedding events often last longer than our usual discos.

- More time is taken up as we have to set-up equipment further in advance of the evening.
