Glos Disco’s reputation for professional high quality client based events has recently allowed us to expand into larger events for the world of business and education.  We have covered Christmas office parties catering for 50 staff, to Brunel University’s Summer Ball where we catered for 3000 students on the biggest night of their year.

We guarantee to take all your needs and requirements into account when supplying you with the right disco or karaoke for your event.  Whether your type of function is a small laid back social event, a product launch, a formal black tie ball, a presentation, awards ceremony or a conference, we assure you we will be there to listen and assist you at all stages of the event planning process.  No function is too big or too small and we can always provide full Public Address systems and A.V facilities.

DIY Disco Kits

If you fancy being your own DJ, we have disco kits for hire, which come with a complete sound and light system, so you can give your party your own personal touch. The advantage of hiring a disco kit is that you have it for 24 hours, so you can party on till the early hours at no extra cost!  The systems we provide can be adapted for the size and nature of the function, and our team will deliver and set up the equipment and provide the short introduction to get you started.  All you need to provide are the guests and the music. 

60’s Night

Relive the memories of the decade of love, flower power and psychedelic goings on! With so many classic bands from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones, Cliff Richard to Elvis. One of our specialist DJs will guide you through the 60’s and bring back some memories.  
 

Rock ‘n Roll

The 50’s and into the 60’s with a few from later decades thrown in for good measure. It time to rock around the clock with Bebobaloola or twist the night away at the hop. So many classic tracks from artists both sides of the Atlantic. Highly recommended for the very fit or the young at heart.
 

Motown Magic

The classic tracks from Motor city including, Stevie Wonder, Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Dianna Ross, the Jacksons plus the rest of the illustrious gang. Motown classics certainly have survived the test of time and still fill dance floors all over the UK. This package works well when mixed with the Northern Soul or the Soul and Funk Night.

Quiz Nights

We are happy to organise a quiz, either a one-off or on a regular basis. Normally, for a quiz evening, we would start by playing some music. We would then present the quiz, run through the answers at the end of each round and finally declare the winner. We would then present the prizes and finish off the evening with some more music. The quiz can be on a variety of topics, i.e. Music, Pot Luck, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Sports, Specialist Subjects or a variety of questions on any of the above. We tailor the quiz to suit your audience. We take into account their age group, interests etc. when compiling the quiz.
